How much is a consultation?

Viral Illness Immune Support is $147. For Hormone Optimization Therapy pricing, Recovery Treatment pricing, or Functional Medicine pricing, please contact [email protected] or call 918-600-2240 during normal business hours M-F, 9-5 CST. Patient is responsible for cost of therapies and labs.

What do you specialize in?

Does Dr. Meehan accept insurance?

 No, Dr. Meehan's medical practice is fee for service. Payment is due the morning of services.

What about the new injections?

 Dr. Meehan does not recommend the experimental injections at this time. There are no long term studies to evaluate their safety.

What if I need to reschedule my appointment? What if I No Show my appointment?

Your card will be charged the morning of your appointment. If you are a No Show, you will still be charged the entire office visit amount. We do understand that life happens, so if you need to reschedule your appointment, please give a 24 hour notice to avoid being charged in full for your consultation.

What is Charm EHR?

Charm is an online HIPAA compliant Electronic Health Records system. PHR stands for Personal Health Record (PHR) portal and is used to manage your health information. You can store your current and past medications, lab results, record health vitals and track progress using the built-in reports. You will go through Charm to fill out your New Patient Forms.

How do I log in to Charm PHR?

The first time you log into Charm, you will need to access the site through an email invitation sent by Dr. Meehan's office. The email will be from CatalystMD with "Patient Portal Registration" in the subject line. If you can't find it, check your spam folder. Once you have followed the email link, you will verify your identity with your date of birth. Select the correct year, month, and date from the calendar and click next. If you see an error message, email [email protected] to verify we have your correct birthday in our records. After you have entered your date of birth, you will be able to create a login ID and password to use in the future.
